4" Turbo-Back Exhaust System - Aluminum w/o Muffler ('99-'03)

MBRP's 4" turbo-back exhaust system is the best budget exhaust setup for the 7.3 Powerstroke. This is a complete exhaust system, bolting directly to the turbocharger and finishing with a single side exit out the back right of the tailgate. It is constructed of aluminized steel - if you are looking for an exhaust that will hold up 10+ years in harsh weather then we recommend getting a T409 stainless steel exhaust. If you are looking for a great budget system then this offers the best bang for your buck. This 4" MBRP exhaust does not include a muffler. It will be slightly louder due to this but will also offer bigger power gains compared to exhausts with mufflers as that creates a bit of restriction and backpressure. 

This is the exhaust that we run on our 2002 F350 shop truck. It's generally our top recommendation for anyone looking for a high quality but budget friendly 7.3L exhaust system. You really only need a 5" system if you are heavily modified and the aluminized steel holds up very well in low-rust areas. If you live in an area prone to rust the T409 exhaust will provide a bit more longevity than this system. But overall, this is the best bang for your buck option around.
