2013-2016: Up to 103hp and 222 lb-ft of torque

2017-2019: Up to 132hp and 211 lb-ft of torque

Performance Tune

The performance tune is the most aggressive preloaded tune on the X4 programmer. This tune offers the biggest power and torque gains (numbers as shown above) and is great for everyday use, racing, and fuel economy. However, towing is not recommended with this tune.

Street Tune

SCT X4 street tunes strike a great balance of economy, performance, and light towing. The 6.7 PowerStroke street tune is safe for towing up to 5,000 pounds. This street tune is also great for everyday use if you want something more conservative than the all-out performance tune.

Towing Tune

The towing tune still increases boost and power, but its primary focus is on any form of towing rather than maximum performance. Shift points are optimized for towing heavier loads with the 6.7L diesel.

Transmission Only Tune

Last up is the SCT X4 transmission only tune. This preloaded tune leaves the engine and boost completely stock, and only tunes the transmission shift points for towing heavy loads. It's a great alternative to the towing tune if you wish to avoid the additional boost, power, and heat.
