If you have requested a Boosted Performance brochure, all information is kept completely confidential and is not shared with any third parties. Boosted Performance seeks to protect the security of your personal information both online and offline. All credit card transactions are secure. Every on-line order is encrypted and sent through a secure server, using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.

Confidential information such as your credit card number will be used only to fulfill your order. To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number and expiration date each time you place an order with us. This way, even if someone else accesses the account information stored on your computer, they won't be able to use your credit card.

E-mail is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit credit card numbers. We will only display the last 4 digits of your credit card number on your account.

Shipping & Returns

Q: Order Processing

  • Most orders are processed on the same day. All orders will be processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed before 2 pm MST will usually ship out on the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
  • Orders may come in multiple shipments depending on the items purchased.

Q: Weekend Orders

  • Our operations are closed on weekends and therefore, we do not ship orders during this time.
  • Orders placed after our cutoff on Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped out on Monday.
  • Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Q: Free US Ground Shipping

  • We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the 48 continental US states.
  • We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii but customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Ground shipping times usually range from 2 - 5 days depending on your location.

Q: Next Day Shipping

  • The cutoff for next-day processing is 2 pm MT.
  • If placed after 2 pm, we will try to ship it out on the same day but cannot guarantee this.
  • If we can't ship it out on the same day, it will be shipped the following day.

Q: International Shipping

  • We offer UPS shipping to Canada.
  • We currently do not offer shipping to any other countries, but feel free to email us, and we can work directly with you to get parts to a different country if necessary.

Q: Tracking Information

  • After a shipping label has been generated, you will receive an email containing your tracking code.
  • You can track your order through the shipping company's website.
  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Q: Signature Requirements

  • For all orders valued at $500 or more, we require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Q: Local Pickup

  • We do not currently offer local pickup. However, if you are conveniently located close to us and it is easier to deliver the item in person or offer local pickup, we will email you.

Q: Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all products.
  • Returned products are subject to a 10% to 15% restocking fee to help cover our shipping and processing costs.
  • We do not accept returns on any used or installed parts, all parts must be in original packaging.

Q: Order Cancellations

  • We strive to process all orders on the same day; because of this, we can sometimes ship orders within a matter of hours.
  • If you would like to cancel an order and we have already shipped it, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we will charge a shipping and restocking fee ranging from 10% to 15% to cover our shipping costs.
  • Please ensure that you want the items before purchasing them, as it will cost you extra to cover the return shipping and our shipping if you choose to cancel an item too late.

Q: Return Shipping and Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping for any orders that the customer would like to return is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If we make an error on our end, we will cover the returns. However, any customer who chooses to return an order that isn't a result of an error on our end is subject to our restocking fee and paying for their return shipping.
  • Restocking fees will be between 10% and 15%, depending on the goods returned.

Q: Stolen Packages

  • Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that occur after a package has been delivered.
  • Ensuring safe package delivery is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend providing a secure location for package deliveries or making arrangements to receive the package in person.

FAQ

Q: What makes your products better than other company's?

Our parts are engineered to offer the best performance gains on the market. We offer the best combination of price, quality, and performance. We are not a custom shop and therefore we do not have excessive employee manufacturing costs. Our products are manufactured via CNC Machines to ensure every part is exactly the same and therefore fitment is perfect on every vehicle. We manufacture our parts in bulk and are therefore able to offer quicker shipping times and lower prices than other brands around who wait until an order is received to actually make the product.

To be honest, an intake is an aluminum pipe with a filter on it - it should not cost $450. However, we are also not the cheapest on the market. We are not selling eBay products - all of our products are manufactured with very high quality standards with a meticulous focus on fitment. Additionally, we only use the highest quality S&B filters which come in at a premium cost.

At the end of the day we truly believe our products are the combination of price, quality, and performance that you can find.

Q: Can you do custom powdercoating on piping?

We are not a custom shop and unfortunately do not offer any custom colors or powdercoating on any of our intakes or piping kits.

Q: Do you offer delete tunes?

We absolutely do not offer delete tunes and cannot refer you to anyone who does. We will not sell any tuners to anyone that has made it known that they are purchasing it with the intent to use it for deletes.

Q: Do you offer custom tuning services?

We currently do not offer custom tuning at this time. We have partnered with a few companies who can provide custom tuning so please reach out asking for a recommendation based on your vehicle and tuner. Our EFI Live, and EZ Lynk tuners do come with custom tuning services from our partnered companies.

Q: What filters do you use on your intakes?

We only use S&B Filters. S&B is known for producing the highest quality filters on the market and we will never use anything but the best when it comes to filtration.

Q: Why do you recommend open air intakes over closed intakes?

Open air intakes have greater airflow increases over closed intakes. The box becomes restrictive and ultimately leads to less airflow and less power gains. While closed intakes and things like heat shields might result in 1-2 degree colder IATs the presence of an intercooler mitigates any concern over the slightly warmer air temps. The benefits of the increased airflow outweigh the downsides of the air temps.

Q: Do your parts come with any warranties?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our Boosted Performance products, with the exception of the filters used in our intakes. The filters naturally get dirty over time but are cleanable - we recommend cleaning your filter every 6 months and replacing them every few years.
