LB7 MBRP 4" Downpipe-Back T409 Stainless Steel Exhaust

If you live in an area that is prone to rusting then the T409 stainless steel exhaust is the best bet for the Duramax LB7. This 4" downpipe-back exhaust system is manufactured with high-quality T409 piping to prevent rust and corrosion. Furthermore, this straight-pipe exhaust offers maximum performance gains and EGT reduction. With tuning you can see up to 30whp and 60wtq power gains while still reducing EGTs by 200+ degrees.

This exhaust system does not include a muffler. We don't usually recommend a muffler due to the additional backpressure it creates which slightly reduces the performance benefits. We do recommend upgrading the downpipe alongside this exhaust system to maximize EGT reduction and performance. The stainless steel material will result in slightly more drone while cruising - if you want to minimize drone then we recommend the aluminum exhaust, at the sacrifice of durability.
