6.7 Cummins Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler Upgrade (2007-2009)

An upgraded intercooler is one of the best performance and reliability upgrades. Increasing core size and air volume with a larger intercooler reduces restrictions within the factory system, increasing airflow leading to lower engine temps and EGTs, more power, fuel economy improvements, and more consistent performance. Banks Techni-Cooler is the top of the line intercooler for the 6.7 Cummins, offering great performance benefits combined with the highest quality. This intercooler kit comes with the intercooler and both hot-side and cold-side intercooler piping, making it a full upgrade kit. The intercooler uses cast end tanks combined with a 12% larger core and larger inlet and outlet connections, creating 31% larger cross-sections. The boost tubes are larger 3.5" mandrel bent aluminum tubes finished in a powdercoated red color.
